Ingredients

  • Ground beef 250 g
  • Onion 0.5 medium
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Breadcrumbs 0.25 cup
  • Egg 1 large
  • Fresh parsley 2 tbsp
  • Paprika 0.5 tsp
  • Cumin 0.25 tsp
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Black pepper 0.25 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

How to Cook

  1. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Chop the fresh parsley.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and roll them into small, compact meatballs.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the meatballs in the hot skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary. Brown on all sides, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Remove cooked meatballs from the skillet and serve hot, perhaps with a side of fresh salad or rice.
