Ingredients

  • Feta cheese 200 g
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp

How to Cook

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the block of feta cheese in the prepared oven-safe dish.
  3. Bake the feta for 8-10 minutes, or until it is slightly softened and warm throughout.
  4. While the feta bakes, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until they are golden and fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
  5. Carefully remove the warm feta from the oven. Drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle evenly with the toasted sesame seeds.
