Baked Feta with Honey and Sesame
A surprisingly delightful Greek dessert, combining salty feta with sweet honey and toasted sesame for a harmonious sweet and savory treat. It's incredibly simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- Feta cheese 200 g
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
How to Cook
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish with olive oil.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the prepared oven-safe dish.
- Bake the feta for 8-10 minutes, or until it is slightly softened and warm throughout.
- While the feta bakes, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until they are golden and fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
- Carefully remove the warm feta from the oven. Drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle evenly with the toasted sesame seeds.
